Who it is for

Recognize your business in one of these?

Coheriv does not give generic advice. It looks for the most likely place your current system is slowing down — then turns that signal into one focused improvement cycle.

A digital product seller

You have ideas, listings, or templates — but people may not quickly understand what to buy first, or why it matters. Interest arrives, but not always in the right shape.

A handmade or creative seller

People like the work, but interest does not always turn into orders. Discovery feels uneven. The next step from “I like this” to “I want this” is not always clear.

A solo service provider

Referrals and inquiries happen, but the process still depends too much on memory, back-and-forth, or manual follow-up. More demand would create more pressure, not more freedom.

Also built for Etsy sellers, makers, tiny teams, and anyone whose business still runs mostly on effort and memory.

The Coheriv Method
“A small business is not just a list of tasks. It is a flow.”

Coheriv reads eight connected areas — from how the right demand reaches you, to how the work moves, to what the customer receives, to what the business learns next.

The Coheriv Method helps you see how those parts work together — connecting what the customer experiences with the demand, offer, work, delivery, and decisions behind it.

Your First Focus shows where to begin. From there, use the same method to improve one connected part, track what changes, keep Watch Next in view, and read the system again as the business evolves.

Not just a one-time answer. A repeatable way to run and improve the whole business.

Why I built Coheriv
Good work should reach the people it was made for.
See Focus Improve Repeat
A note from the founder

I’m a systems engineer, and I’ve built and tested businesses across handmade products, print-on-demand, digital products, social media, and creative work. I’ve experienced small business from many different angles.

And I kept seeing the same pattern: people doing genuinely good work, putting in real effort, and still falling behind — not because their product was bad, but because they couldn’t see which part of the business was keeping the rest from moving.

That gap always felt unfair to me. Good work should reach the people it was made for.

So I created Coheriv by bringing together the systems thinking I was trained in and the lessons I learned through experience — turning them into a practical method for small-business owners to see the whole system, find the most useful place to begin, and keep improving from there.
