Refund Policy

Coheriv System Fix Report + Workbook is a digital product delivered by instant access. Because digital report access and workbook files cannot be physically returned once delivered, all sales are generally final.

No refunds after access

Refunds are not offered once the report, workbook, or access link has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or payment platform rules.

Limited exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • you purchased the product accidentally and have not accessed the report or workbook;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • a technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it or provide manual delivery;
  • a refund is required by applicable law or payment platform rules.

Technical issues

If you cannot access your report or workbook, contact us and we will help restore access or provide manual delivery.

Access problems are handled as support issues first. A refund is considered only if access cannot be restored or manually delivered.

Refund requests

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

No physical returns

No physical product is shipped, so there is no physical return process.
